Great road for the price you can beat that, plus the life time warranty from okuma.
I used with my Penn conquer 8000 with 50 lbs test braided line great combinations

Great rod, the E-Glass blank is slightly heavier than the very expensive rods but not an issue. Good action & great guides. Toughness???, that is for a later review.
